    You may give us a call or text at (732) 551-1147 for scheduling support.

  • We accept a variety of payment options including cash, checks, Venmo, Stripe, and Zelle.

    Note: payments made by credit card will appear on the statement as Stripe Terra Firma Fitness.

  • At this time, Terra Firma Fitness does not accept insurance.

  • During your first visit, you will meet with Brett to discuss your health concerns and goals. Then you he will run you through a quick physical assessment comprised of seven exercises. Initial consultations may run approximately 60 minutes.

  • Terra Firma Fitness can design programs with or around available equipment. If you visit our location, we have all your fitness equipment supplies available. For off site visits, or for at home training we will adjust programming accordingly to what is on hand.

    We do recommend that you bring a small towel and a bottle of water.

  • Comfortable athletic apparel that allows for our trainer to see your body line. Athletic footwear or barefoot style footwear is appropriate.

  • Absolutely! We believe you’re more likely to be motivated in/by an environment that makes you feel comfortable. We will gladly come to your location and/or set up a session via Zoom. All your programming will be accessible via our fitness app.

  • Yes, we offer programming options for every fitness goal and we will gladly tailor one specifically for you.

  • Yes. The gift of wellbeing is the gift that keeps on giving. We have certificates available for any amount or service type.
